Unity developer from Yekaterinburg: more than 6 years of commercial development and 30+ projects, from VR training simulators for Russian Railways to a mobile multiplayer shooter. I build architecture from scratch or bring legacy code into order: modules, DI, automated tests, CI/CD. I write tools that speed the team up: my scenario editor cut 3 - 4 weeks off a typical project. I have led teams of up to 5 people, and I set projects up for several AI agents working in parallel

Mar 2026 - PresentThird-person action RPG with stealth and melee combat: Unity 6 + HDRP, ~176,000 lines of code
- Split a legacy monolith into 20+ subsystems: the share of files outside modules dropped from 45% to 0
- Brought automated tests from 0 to ~1,100 and moved the build from manually run scripts to GitLab CI
- Rewrote the enemy AI on GOAP: 3x more behaviour goals, ~290 tests on AI and stealth
- Set the project up for AI agents working in parallel: 71 AGENTS.md files instead of 0, the agents run the tests themselves

Bullet Hero
My own commercial project, now in alpha: a rhythm bullet hell where players make and play levels. The DOTS and Burst rendering core holds 100k objects at 60 fps on PC, and GPU profiling raised the fps on a phone from about 20 to 90. The level format lives in an open SDK with 2 Roslyn source generators: the binary format reads a level 49x faster (10 s => 203 ms). 5 platforms and 6 stores are built from one list
